Lexi and Seth both ran the Capitol Classic this year. They both did a great job, it was a beautiful morning and they got medals and free TCBY. What could be better than that?

I'm so proud of Seth and Lance for running, biking and running AGAIN whith such speed! This photo was taken after their first run as they were ready to mount their bikes. Seth took 2nd place in his age group!! He's a fast little bugger!

Matt Drumming

Here's a fun picture of Matt playing drums for a jazz gig Saturday. He was playing with his Gene Harris All Stars group for the Celebration of Children and Familes in Boise. It was his first time bringing his own kit to a performance, and they were playing outside next to the dumpster.

This is Matt speaking on our new family blog. My mom has been wanting to do a blog for a long time, so since I'm such a good kid I said I'd help with it. As far as I understand it, though, I am going to think all day and night about something to put on it and it will slowly take over my life. That is also the opinion of our father, which is in St. Louis right now and has no idea of the sin we are commiting. So I'll will direct this to the Hillam sisters: THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT. Yeah, that's right. You people made your blogs so awesome, and we were sold after that video of the star wars trumpet player. It changed my life, by the way. Very inspirational.
